Browsers store data from websites so the sites can load quickly when revisited. Sometimes older versions of the data are incompatible with the updated website, which can cause loading problems.
Close any tabs with Prepd applications open
In the browser’s URL field, enter the following: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Set “obliterate the following items from” to “the beginning of time”
Select the “Clear Browsing Data” button in the bottom right
