If you cannot access the Prepd applications, we recommend doing a browser reset to make sure everything is set up and updated correctly.
Enter the following into the URL field: chrome://settings/resetProfileSettings
Select “Reset”
Note: Please be aware this will remove your pinned tabs, disable your extensions and reset your homepage. (For more detailed information on what a reset means, please visit this link)
Enter the following into the URL field: chrome://settings/content/cookies and under the Cookies section, verify that the first option is enabled and the text reads “Allow sites to save and read cookie data”.
Additionally, verify that “Block third-party cookies” is not selected.
Log back in to Library, Extemp, Congress or Classroom.
Resetting Chrome will disable your installed extensions and apps. To re-enable them, please type "chrome://extensions" in a tab, and mark the "Enabled" check-box next to their name.
