A quick overview of the Dashboard, to get you started and help you find your way.
One of the best features of the Dashboard is the Analytics page, which offers you all the information you want to know about your activity, throughout all applications and teams you are part of. Split in 4 sections, the page shows detailed information about:
- the number of articles, highlights, folders in your account - in At a glance
- the number of Articles caught intuitively presented in a graph
- the density of each Publication throughout your whole collection
2 Team Page
The Team page brings together everything a Coach will need to manage and monitor the students, grade, invite and remove members and organize the team. While on the Team page, you can quickly see individual activity for your students and manage team members.
3 User Menu
Click on the profile picture to open the User Menu. This is where you'll be able to change your team (if you are part of more or have a Premium One), find helpful materials and quick access to out extensions and apps.
4 App Settings
In the App Settings page you will find the “Delete articles” section which allows the purge a large number of articles at once.
Using the Reports section, you can download an excel file with your students’ activity. This will show you a count of all the articles each student has caught, grouped by day, for a time-frame selected by you.
Note: The App settings page is only available to coaches.
