To catch articles to your Prepd collection make sure you have installed Fast Catch and you are using Google Chrome. If you have already installed Fast Catch and its not visible in Chrome, please read this article.
Whenever you find an article you want to catch, stay on its page and click on the orange Prepd icon next to the address bar to open the Fast Catch.
If this is the first time you use it (or have reinstalled it) it will require you to login and, if needed, select the team you want to catch to.
By clicking on the gear icon, on the team selection step, you have access to other options like setting whether to prompt the teams selection with each article and defaulting the app to jump to saving to either Extemp or Congress. These same options can be accessed from the "Article caught" page, by clicking on the 3 dots icon.
Give the app a few seconds to catch the article and, if it's been caught successfully, it will display the page below. Now, the article is saved to your Library and you can save it to Extemp or Congress.
To save to Extemp, select the folder(s) you want to save it to and click Save to confirm. If you don't have any Folders yet, click Create Folder(s) to create new ones. Please be advised, Folder Creation is available only to students who have the role of Varsity or higher.
After you finished creating your folders, please make sure you go back to Save to Extemp and save the article in them (by clicking Save to Extemp to get the folder list and selecting those you want) and click Save.
To save the article to Congress, open the Save to Congress section and select the Bills you want to save it to. If you haven't yet saved any dockets to your collection, please visit this article to see how.
Once you have selected a folder or bill, and clicked Save, you will get a confirmation message of where it's saved.
