Merging folders or subfolders in Extemp is easy, using the Folder Management tool. Click on the middle orange button above the folder list and select "Merge Folders and Subfolders".
From there, select the folders which you would like to merge and how you'd like to merge them (into a new folder or subfolder, or an existing one), add the details, and confirm.
