Prepd is available for any PC operating system (Windows, Mac, ChromeOS) as long as Chrome browser is installed (due to the fact that the main tools of Prepd, the Fast Catch and the Prepd Offline are Chrome extensions).
The Extemp App is also available on iOS, for iPad devices.
